Adorack enables us to temporarily put our social media on autopilot when other commitments take priority.
Berry Hill Restaurant Group has 14 restaurants in Paris that offer unique, amusing, and locally focused food and beverage experiences.
Each restaurant operates independently of the others and is supported by a dedicated sales and marketing team that is charged with maximizing consumer traffic to their establishment and fostering good customer engagement through all customer-facing marketing channels, including social media.
Due to the company’s several locations and teams, Lara, the corporate director of sales and marketing, needed to be aware of the social media and marketing plans of each team in order to assist them in generating sales.
Lara also needs access to information about and monitoring of the social media accomplishments of her teams. She needed to be able to provide her management team with monthly updates on these results.
Future with Adorack
Lara has been using Adorack as her go-to social media tool for a while now. She made the decision to use the tool at the Berry Hill Restaurant Group because she was confident that it was the only platform on the market that could give her and her team all the features they required to successfully collaborate while still granting them the freedom to choose their own posting schedules.
Adorack is now able to save her team’s valuable time by allowing them to use bulk publishing and the opportunity to put social media on “autopilot” when other duties take precedence.
