How long are your contracts?

We don’t work on contracts. From your dashboard, you can cancel your monthly or annual membership at any moment.

Do I need to choose a plan now?

You get the free trial version to play around with the tool and once you are ready for an upgrade, you can choose whichever plan you wish.

Can I switch plans later?

You are always free to change paid plans or entirely revoke your account. Any corresponding payments will be adjusted.

How does the free trial work?

Adorack’s free version is completely free with no credit card requirements. You can upgrade your plan if you decide to, or let us mark it inactive so you can come back later. You are also free to cancel the account.

Is there a discount for yearly subscription?

Discounts are available for upfront long-term contracts. With your yearly purchase, you will also get a year off of a new domain registration.

Can I download Adorack? or an on-premise version of Adorack?

No. Adorack is a completely managed web service. There won’t be a downloadable version. Adorack does offer a variety of common ways to export your data.

Do you offer non-profit or educational discounts?

Yes, we give non-profits discounts as well as free accounts for teachers and students (including those in homeschooling and alternative education programs). For more information regarding discounts, please visit the discounts page.

Can I cancel at any time? Are there long-term lock-ins?

There are no questions asked and no attempts to coax you out of cancelling with Adorack. No long-term contracts; cancel whenever you want. simple and straightforward.

What are your refund policies?

We don’t provide refunds. You will still have access to paid features if you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle. You will no longer have access to all paid services and their associated data after your subscription has ended.
